Can you shake it?

Nora is five months old, and I am treasuring these last few days of my maternity leave. I will be returning to work on January 2nd following Christmas break with family and friends. People keep on asking me if I am ready to return to the grind, and the answer is an emphatic no. It will be nice to see the students again and have some adult conversation throughout the day. However, I would prefer singing silly songs and choreographing funky little dances to keep my girl laughing in the afternoon. There is nothing quite like it.

This video that I posted is hilarious. Nora thought that Grandma Ruth was pretty funny the other evening. You can hear my mom saying, "shake it, shake it, shake it"...and for some reason...Nora couldn't get enough of this phrase. So, we're assuming that she is going to be a mover and a shaker---and accomplish some amazing things in her life. In my mind, she already has.
